NRC Gorkha don't care the fear of NRC

ALl ASSAM GORKHA TRIBAL STUDENTS'UNION is very clear about National Register Citizen NRC.
As the central committee headed by the President Gopal TAMANG Moktan in his video press release said that our union is in opinion to go walk for foreign Tribunal court for the NRC exclusive exclusion.
Reason behind their motive is to say the govt that we are not the foreigner or illegal migrants to afraid of it.
Today in their view they reflect the certain reason to be worried like in case Gorkha plopposed to step to foreign Tribunal court than With in a period they will be declared Foreigner (DF) than the charges of the case will upto 35 k to 40K. Which will not be able to afford by our common people.

Secondly if they don't face the condem of Supreme Court's of stepping to Foreign Tribunal court than they might be declared Ecpertee which will lead them to face serious consequences it means they have to go Guwahati High Court for the trial than only their cases will be resumed.

Over all if we step down to foreign Tribunal court than the charges of the cases is only ₹1500.

So the decision is upto the common Gorkha people they have to decide what to do or not But we can only guide them through the mark of foreign Tribunal.
